The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 11 Preview

'The Walking Dead' logo

Last Sunday on “The Walking Dead,” the Governor (David Morrissey) and his followers began the counterattack on the prison much sooner than anyone expected, leaving at least one of the survivors dead in their wake.

There’s a war coming and Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is ill-prepared to fight it, thanks to his recent loss of sanity. At least Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) is back at the prison, but no one is happy to see that his brother, Merle (Michael Rooker) came with him.

In the first of two preview scenes from next Sunday’s episode of “The Walking Dead,” Merle tells Hershel Greene (Scott Wilson) what to expect when the Governor eventually returns with a much larger force.

The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 10 Preview

Is there another shocker coming up on “The Walking Dead” season 3 soon? Some who have read the Robert Kirkman comics may be shaking in their boots at the sneak peek below from Sunday night’s new episode “Home,” especially since it holds so many similarities to a scene that features a rather shocking end in that medium.

MichonneBasically, Glenn suggests to Michonne here that rather than let The Governor come up with some new and rather gruesome ways to torment them while in the prison, they should find a way to take him out themselves by infiltrating Woodbury and making a big move. Michonne’s reply? That they are not assassins, and she is smart enough to know that doing this could very well end up being a suicide mission. As much as you want to save your friends, you have to ensure that you save yourselves first and foremost.

Are we worried about Glenn’s future after suggestions like this? Definitely, just as we are worried about every cast member on this show given the high body count. However, Steven Yuen’s character is in some ways more valuable than ever: he is the spirit and the energy of the show, and he and Maggie are almost the star-crossed lovers who found each other despite the horrible circumstances surrounding them, and now they have to find a way to make it through all of this together (if there even is an end in sight).

Want do you want to see transpire in this episode? Be sure to share some of your thoughts below, and you can catch another sneak peek for “Home” by heading on over to the link here.

BBC announces Doctor Who 3D special

Fans will be able to visit the Tardis in 3D in a special 50th anniversary episode of Doctor Who later this year.

The special was announced as part of the BBC's latest round of drama commissions, which will also see Call The Midwife return in 2014.
Atlantis, a new 13-part drama, will also take the Saturday night slot previously held by Merlin.
Controller of drama, Ben Stephenson, said he wanted to make the BBC "more British than ever".
"It is about applying the Danny Boyle vision to our work - a bold, adventurous, authorial approach that exports because of its Britishness not despite it."
Doctor Who celebrates its 50th birthday in November, but it is not the first time viewers have had the chance to see the Time Lord in 3D.
Doctor Who's 30th anniversary was marked in 1993 with a 3D story, Dimensions in Time, broadcast as part of Children In Need.
The two-part adventure was filmed on EastEnders' Albert Square set, and featured Doctor Who stars past and present, as well as cast members from the BBC soap.
Steven Moffat, the show's lead writer and producer said the latest 3D escapade would bring a "whole new dimension of adventure for the Doctor to explore".
Atlantis, penned by Misfits writer and Merlin creator Howard Overman, has been billed as an "action packed" series to begin in the Autumn.
It centres on the eponymous city - "a mysterious, ancient place; a world of bull leaping, of snake haired goddesses and of palaces so vast it was said they were built by giants".
The series will begin shooting in Wales and Morocco in April.
Other new commissions include Death Comes to Pemberley, a three-part hour-long drama, adapted from PD James' bestselling novel.
Set six years after Pride and Prejudice ends, the book features Jane Austen's best-known characters, Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy, and combines "classic period drama" with a suspenseful mystery plot.
BBC Four will pair The Wire's Dominic West with Helena Bonham Carter for a 90-minute one-off drama, Burton and Taylor.
They will play the glamorous, volatile ex-lovers in a story of their ill-fated 1983 revival of Noel Coward's stage play, Private Lives.

Top 5 TV Shows That You Absolutely Must See (2012)

I am no one trick pony! I don't just watch movie's in fact I love TV shows just as must so today I'm bringing you my Top 5 shows that I think you must be watching! This is easily the hardest post I've had to do so far, there are so many shows that could be on this list but don't forget this isn't the best 5 TV shows this is simply the 5 I think are really amazing and you should watch, also I have used shows that some people may not have seen and are actually still showing.

5. Supernatural
I have loved this show from the beginning and have many reasons for my immense loyalty, the first being the relationship between the characters, more specifically Sam and Dean, throughout the series the brothers have faced dozens of trials together and their bond has been tested, strengthened and weakened on countless occasions and here they are 8 seasons in and still an unbeatable team. Easily the best thing about this show is its ability to be so many different genre's, it has aspects of them all; Horror, action, romance and best of all comedy. This show is so good at mixing comedy into what would be a totally serious franchise, and the unstoppable laughs only strengthen our feelings towards the characters and make us love them even more.

4. Breaking Bad
This show is nothing but original, Not only that but its incredibly witty and above all its brilliantly well written with amazing dialogue and plots. The characters are really complex and this is shown so effectively by the fantastic acting from the cast. Like many other shows on this list, this series knows how to mix drama and action and is consistently able to leave the viewer desperate for more!

3. The Walking Dead
This show has everything! Great characters played by great actors, great plot lines and best of all horrifying flesh eating swarms of the undead. This series manages to blend horror and drama perfectly, there could be whole episodes with absolutely no action at all and it would still be brilliant, but hey the action is still amazing and it always promises to be fast paced, heart pounding, intense and thoroughly exciting! The great thing about this show is that it is actually a TV show, what I mean is that usually the zombie narrative is something that we only see in movies but here we are given a great zombie packed series that can bring us hours upon hours of enjoyment.

2. Community
This is certainly one of the best comedy TV shows that I have ever seen and its only 3 seasons in! The relationships between the characters in this show are a key aspect of what makes this so great, they all connect so effortlessly with each other and when we watch them it just seems like a genuine group of friends going about their daily lives and having great banter together throughout. The episode plots are another thing, they are always amazing, always hilarious and always bring a smile to your face.  Every single episode is totally imaginative, there are so many episodes in this series that are totally original and unlike anything you see anywhere else on television.

1. Game of thrones
This series is nothing short of amazing. Every character seems to be acted perfectly, the way it has been written is simply brilliant, the dialogue is perfect and the story is told with such ease and detail that its impossible not to love this show! One of the best things is the characters themselves, yes. there are a lot of them but this show is so well made that we never fail to emotionally connect and develop opinions and feelings towards each of them. The great thing is that with so many important characters we are able to see the different story lines that each of them are able to show us and best of all we get to see everything from different points of view! The action in this series is fantastic too, although in season 1 there isn't a lot of it, but when there is it never disappoints!
