The trailer I just watched shows the film full of action, with fast fight scenes and large explosions it is clear what we can expect in this movie. The fight scenes accentuate Spidermans great acrobatic movement and show just how fast he really is. Obviously this unique fighting style is expected from the Spiderman character.
In another trailer there is a really interesting use of CGI/Camera work when we are shown the movement of Spiderman through his own eyes, not only do we get a great sense of how he would feel when leaping and swinging across Manhattan but it also adds a new and original way for the audience to see how Spiderman is able to move with such fluidity. I really think it would be interesting to see how this style could be used during the film but sadly I doubt it will be used much.
There also appears to be a new enemy however Senor Comic Book has yet to be found so although the enemy is new to me and many other fans of Spiderman who have only ever seen the films, I have no idea if this new enemy has appeared in the comics before or if he is a new invention(most likely the former) so sadly I cant really comment much on this.
This new film, which if you don't know is meant to be totally uninvolved and separate from the previous instalments seems to be a lot more focused on Peter Parkers background and in each of the trailers I have seen there is at least one flashback. The flashbacks are mostly centred around the young Peter Parker and the fate of his parents showing us that this will play a very important part in the storyline.
Once again this film looks very good (damn there's a lot of good movies coming up) and of course I will review it as soon as possible. If you would like me to review a specific Film or even television show(which I'm keen to do) then leave a comment and I'll give it a go.
