This band has completely taken over my iPod this week and you know what.. I havent heard my iPod complain once!Firstly the lead singers voice is incredible. It has a kind of Maverick Sabre twang to it and his tone is just so perfect for the Indie music follower such as myself.
The lyrics are superb as are the tunes in the background. It is impossible to listen to their song 'Neon Truth' and not singing it for at least the next week!
I am actually appauled at myself for not hearing of these sooner. Because I truly believe this band will be something very big in the near future. And if they are not I'll personally publicize them myself! They have performed on 'Later Live with Jools Holland' and were absolutely superb. I reccomend checking that clip out on youtube!
They have only been formed for around a year and have already supported 'The Vaccines' 'Mumford and Sons' and 'Kasabian'. And they are a supposed acquired taste of music, describing themselves as 'Motown Pop' but in my opinion this band is the band to watch.
