If the whole game is what you get to see in the 10 minutes then this will be some serious hit, rivalring such games as Grand Theft Auto, Saints Row and other similar sandbox action games. Here's a quote given by Ubisoft:

Ultimately though my decision on buying the game will be the multiplayer and what it can do to rival Grand Theft Auto.
